1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link here.
2. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link. If you do not know the email attached to your account, please reach out to info@ozwinerykansas.com.
3. Follow the link in your email to set up a new password.
Once you regain access to your account verify your club payment and shipping details.
1. Make sure you are logged into your account. Pro Tip: Select "Remember Me" for seamless access next time.
2. Access your portal by clicking the account icon located in the top right corner of the screen and choosing the "My Wine Club" tab
3. Ensure your club payment, shipping, and delivery preferences are correctly updated. If any details are incorrect, you can make the necessary adjustments as follows:
We're so excited to be able to seamlessly allow you to change, update, and add additional club bottles to your club order! We'll notify you via email, signaling that it's time to make your selections. Simply sign into your account, click the account icon, and click the "My Wine Club" button.
Upon reaching the "My Wine Club" page, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Choose "View Packages". Here, if a package is Open, you can tailor your order.
Step 2: Choose "Select Wines".
Step 3: Hit "Save Selection" to finalize your choices and confirm your delivery and payment details.
MISSED MAKING YOUR SELECTION?
No worries! Your club order will still process as usual just without any additional bottles.
